HOW TO DOWNLOAD1. Please enter the captcha number and hit submit. After submitting correct number, download button will appear.
2. Click the above download button named "Download". (If you are using a download software different from the default download program of MS Windows versions, there can be less or more steps in the download process. Below instructions are only for the default MS Windows download program.)
3. Note the name of the file and its size.(CdoMarketsSetup_vPL.exe)
4. A dialog bow opens and asks you "What would you like to do with this file". Click on "Save it to disk".
5. If you want to try the "Direct Installation Property". Click on "Run this program from its location" and follow the instructions in the "CdoMarketsSetup_vPL.exe Installation" part from now on.
6. If you have clicked on "Save it to disk", in a second window, choose a directory to save the file. Then click OK.
7. The download begins. Please be patient and wait until the end of the process. If the download is interrupted, the downloaded file is corrupted. See below how to proceed ("If the downloaded file is corrupted...")
8. Important: When done, check that the file name is correct (see the file names above).
HOW TO INSTALL 1. Using Windows Explorer select the previously chosen directory.
2. Since the file is an auto-installable executable, launch the install file by double-clicking on it.
3. Ignore the error messages when they appear as the installation program tries to define the type of operating system you use (MS Windows 98/NT/2000/XP/ME/Vista/7/8/8.1/10 are the only supported operating system types for now) and those messages do not mean that there exists actual errors regarding the installation process. If you have installed current version or older versions of the system before, choose "Repair Installation" instead of "Remove Installation" when the CdoMarketsSetup_vPL.exe Online Trading System Installer starts.
CdoMarketsSetup_vPL.exe INSTALLATION1. Using Windows Explorer select the previously chosen directory.

IF DOWNLOADED FILE IS CORRUPTED 1. If the internet connection has been terminated before the end of the download (size does not match) or if the download procedure returned damaged data (it may happen during a connection) then the install procedure will fail an error during a message.
2. Delete the downloaded file from your hard drive. Then try to download the file from the same location.

HOW TO UNINSTALL 1.From Windows desktop, choose Start/Settings/Control Panel.
2. Control Panel window opens. Double-click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.
3. A dialog box opens showing a list of previously installed programs. Select the program and then choose Remove.
4. Follow the instructions.
RUNNING THE SYSTEM 1. If you see the Online Trading System shortcut on your Windows Desktop, you can double-click on it to start running the program.
2. If you can not see the shortcut, it means that the installation process has failed. Try to re-download the program and install it again or only re-install the program by the installation setup file that you have downloaded before.
3. Before starting the Online Trading System, every time check your internet connection to verify that you are connected to the internet and your connection is healthy at the moment. If your internet connection does not exist or is not healthy when you run the system, an error message relating the ActiveX Components will appear anytime before the login form pops up.
4. If you have an "Address In Use" error message when you try to start the system, it means that a recently opened copy of the system have not been closed yet. If you can see it on your taskbar, please close it before you open a new copy of the system. If you can't see that copy on your taskbar, you should close the program from the Task Manager. In order to do this, open the Task Manager after pushing the CTRL+ALT+DELETE buttons at the same time. Select CdoMarketsSetup_vPL.exe Online Trading System in the task list of the Applications Tab of the Task Manager and then click End Task.
5. After starting the CdoMarketsSetup_vPL.exe Online Trading System, a login form will appear and it will be expected that you enter a correct user name and password in 45 seconds. If this time frame expires, the system will automatically close itself giving a login failure message. If you see an error message relating the ActiveX Components after you entered a user name and password, it means that the login information (user name and password) is not valid or it is mistyped.
6. Immediately after a valid login information is entered and the Ok button on the login form is clicked, a loading process will begin before the trading system actually starts. This process will be between 4-65 seconds according to the type and speed of your internet connection.
